1. Service
Light Bulb Sites provides a managed website rental service that may include website design, hosting, maintenance, basic support, and related services as described on our website, invoice, or checkout page.
2. Fees & Billing
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are automatic. If a payment fails, service may be suspended until the balance is paid. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation.
3. Ownership
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Light Bulb Sites owns the website files, templates/components, hosting accounts, and domains we register. You receive a license to use the website while your account is active and paid.
4. Client Content
You represent that you have the rights to any text, logos, images, and other materials you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and any claims on your site.
5. Edits & Support
Your plan includes the number/type of edits stated on your plan page or invoice. Additional work may be quoted separately.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Service remains active through the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, the website may be taken offline.
7. Optional Buyout
If offered, you may request a buyout to transfer a domain and/or website files for a one-time fee determined at the time of request. Availability may vary based on what was created or licensed.
8. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee rankings, leads, or revenue outcomes. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Light Bulb Sites is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior one (1) month.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
